Wood floors and baseboards are magnets for dust, hair, and everything else that's tiny, dirty, and microscopic. No surprise there. To avoid having the smallest of particles frequently stick to baseboards, there's a simple, easy trick to protect them. As soon as you've swept and vacuumed the floors, wipe down the wood with dryer sheets. The anti-static property of the sheets will keep dust, dirt, and even hair from sticking to the wood floors. It's a preventative measure that can go a long way and save you repeated (and frequent) cleanings.Have a cleaning tip to share? Let us know at Twitter.com/ShelterPop.
